How do I see fresh calls?
You can click on 'Click to Refresh' to see the updated / modified calls. Calls will be seen in descending order of origination date & time |

Can I view only OPEN calls?
Yes. A 'Filter by' option is available wherein you can select the parameter and view the calls under the selected criteria.
For example, you want to see 'Open' calls, in 'Filter by' option select 'Outcome status'. Then select 'Open' from the drop down. The window below will display OPEN calls

How do I access the old calls?
To access old calls, click on “Click here for Archived Calls”. Here all the closed calls (for the last 3 months) will be visible in descending order of origination date & time. |

What should I do, when the system shows me “Session Time out message”?
You need to re-login to your trading account, i.e. login to https://trade.hdfcsec.com and then post login, and click on the Research Calls link provided on the home page. |

What is Market Segment ?
It is the instrument for which the call is given. E.g. Equity (Cash) or F&O (Futures or Options). |

What is Scrip Code & Scrip Name ?
The code of the scrip. By default NSE scrip code displayed. In case the scrip is not traded in NSE, then BSE scrip code is displayed. Scrip Name is the name of the scrip, example ACC, Reliance etc |

What is Origination Date & Time of call ?
The date on which call is published by Research team & the time of call published, on the Origination Date |

What does Recommendation field stand for ?
Research team’s recommendation to Buy/ Sell/ Accumulate the scrip. |

What is Recommendation Price ?
It is price or price band at which the scrip is recommended to buy/ sell/ accumulate |
