5. Re-appointment of Mr. G. Ramamurthy, as the Managing Director of the company for a further period of 5 years with effect from October 01, 2010.

Increased in the Authorised Capital of the company from Rs. 10,00,00,000 (Rupees Ten Crores only) divided into 1,00,00,000 (One Crore) Equity shares of Rs.10 (Rupees Ten Only) each to Rs. 15,00,00,000 (Rupees Fifteen Crores only) by creation of 50,00,000 (Fifty lakh only) Equity shares of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten only) each ranking pari- passu with the existing Equity shares of the Company, & Consequential amendments in memorandum & articles of association of the Company.
