Poly Medicure allots equity shares

The committee of Poly Medicure in its meeting on 30 March 2010 has allotted 54 lakh equity shares of Rs. 10 to the existing shareholders of the company in the ratio of 1:1 (1 fully paid up bonus share for every existing equity share).
