The board of Rain Commodities in its meeting on 29 July 2011 has appointed Dipankar Basu and H L Zutshi as additional directors of the company with effect from 29 July 2011.
Further, P Venugopal Reddy has resigned from the directorship of the company with effect from 29 July 2011.
