Gillette India`s company secretary resigns

Gillette India has announced that Deepak Acharya has resigned as company secretary and compliance officer with effect from 01 December 2011 consequent to his International Assignment with P & G Switzerland and relocation to Geneva. The resignation of Deepak Acharya as company secretary and compliance officer have been taken on record by the board at its meeting held on 31 October 2011.

The company has announced that Amit Vyas has been appointed as company secretary of the company with effect from 01 December 2011 in place of Deepak Acharya. Amit Vyas has been designated as compliance officer of the company. The appointment of Amit Vyas as company secretary and compliance officer has approved by the board at its meeting held on 31 October 2011.
