Punjab & Sind Bank has announced that A K Surana, part-time non-official director under Chartered Accountant category on the board of the bank has retired on 30 December 2011 on completion of his tenure as per Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Financial Services), notification dated 31 December 2008.
