MindTree has announced that George Martin Scalise, Vittal Nagrajan and Mark Alastair Runacres has resigned from the board of directors of the company with effect from 31 March 2012.
Further, Vinod Deshmukh - President & CEO - R&D Services, RDS has also resigned from the company with effect from 31 March 2012.
