For the Audited full year,net profit declined 98.93% to Rs 0.05 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 4.68 crore during the previous year ended March 2011. Sales declined 41.64% to Rs 58.64 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 100.48 crore during the previous year ended March 2011.
