Net sales declined 17.04% to Rs 774.38 crore in Q4 March 2012 over Q4 March 2011.
Net profit declined 61.77% to Rs 57.25 crore on 2.54% rise in net sales to Rs 2692.97 crore in the year ended March 2012 over the year ended March 2011.
On a consolidated basis, net profit declined 61.4% to Rs 56.74 crore on 2.6% rise in net sales to Rs 2695.10 crore in the year ended March 2012 over the year ended March 2011.
