Engineers India net profit rose 4.20% to Rs 154.29 crore in the quarter ended June 2012 as against Rs 148.07 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2011. Sales declined 15.65% to Rs 719.99 crore in the quarter ended June 2012 as against Rs 853.60 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2011.
