1. Adopted the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2011.
2. Declared a dividend of 50 Paise per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each.
3. Reappointed Mr. P. Venkatesh as Director of the company, who retired by rotation.
4. Appointed M/s. ASA & Associates as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
5. Approved the raising of funds upto USD 100 Million by way of issue of securities.
Mr. K. Kannan, Independent Director retired from directorship with effect from close of this Annual General Meeting and he did not opt for reappointment.
