| SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 25, 2011, inter alia, to transact the following:
1. To consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of` the Company for the Quarter ended on December 31, 2010.
2. To consider to fix a Record Date for the purpose of issuance of Bonus shares (in the ratio of 4 (Four) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up for every 5 (Five) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each held by the Equity Shareholders of the Company) by way of capitalization of reserves, proposed to be issued and allotted to the shareholders of the Company in accordance with Clause 4.11 of the Scheme of Amalgamation (`Scheme`) of Quippo Infrastructure Equipment Ltd. (`Transferor Company`) into and with Srei Infrastructure Finance Ltd. (`Transferee Company`)
Further the Company has noted that, this is in terms of the Order dated January 18, 2011 of Hon`ble High Court at Calcutta sanctioning the Scheme, a copy of which was received on January 20, 2011. |
