Sharon Bio-Medicine Limited had informed the Exchange regarding approval from Bondholders for rollover of FCCB USD 16.50 Mn for another 5 years. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the said announcement should be read as follows:"The FCCB of USD 16.5 Million which had matured on December 04, 2012, which was further extended by bondholders till February 28, 2013, the bondholders have approved the restructuring proposal which involves extension of tenor of the existing Bonds for 5 years and issue of additional Bonds in lieu of the accrued interest till date. Accordingly, the Company has applied for the RBI approval for the said restructuring proposal as per the current ECB Guidelines."

Sharon Bio-Medicine Limited has informed the Exchange that the FCCB of USD 16.5 Million which had matured on December 04, 2012, which was further extended by bondholders till February 28, 2013 has been rolled over with the consent of bondholders for another 5 years. Accordingly, the Company have applied to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as per the guidelines of ECB for their consent.

Sharon Bio-Medicine Limited has submitted to the Exchange a copy of the notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company scheduled to be held on February 16, 2013.

Sharon Bio-Medicine Limited has informed the Exchange that :"Pursuant to our earlier intimation to the Stock Exchange on December 24, 2012 regarding extending the date for negotiation for conversion/ redemption or rollover of the Bonds which were due on December 04, 2012 to February 28, 2013, the board of directors at its meeting held today has resolved to convene an extra-ordinary general meeting to be held on February 16, 2013 for the approval of the shareholders on the said rollover of the existing FCCBs".
