Hindustan Construction Company announced that HCC Concessions, subsidiary of the Company and the infrastructure development arm of the HCC Group, has completed 74% stake sale of Nirmal BOT, its annuity project in Andhra Pradesh to Highway Concession One, an entity majorly held by IDFC Alternatives managed India Infrastructure Fund. Consequently, Nirmal BOT ceased to be a subsidiary of HCC Concessions and Hindustan Construction Company.

HCC bags Rs 942.58 crore Nuclear Recycle Plant contract
Hindustan Construction Company announced that the Company has been awarded a prestigious BARC contract worth Rs. 942.58 crore for constructing the first phase of Integrated Nuclear Recycle Plant of BARC.

The scope of work includes construction of fuel processing plant, lab building, disposable material block along with in-situ fabricated stainless steel tanks & liners and electromechanical works.

The Project will be completed in 36 months.

Hindustan Construction Company announced that it has been awarded a prestigious NHAI contract worth Rs 1783.42 crore for constructing a 36 km highway which includes 3 km of tunnels between Ramban and Banihal in Jammu & Kashmir. The project is a part of NHDP Phase II program of NHAI on NHAI (now NH44) and is known for its difficult terrain and low temperatures especially in winter season.

Hindustan Construction Company announced that the Company in joint venture with Coastal Projects (CPL) has been awarded a Letter of Acceptance for construction of 9.5 km tunnel in between Tupul-lmphal for New Railway Line Project from Jiribam-Tupul from North East Frontier Railway, Guwahati.

The value of the contract is Rs. 785 crore. The Company`s share in the total value of the contract is 60% i.e. Rs. 471 crore. The project will be completed in 40 months.

Hindustan Construction Company sells balance 26% stake in Vikhroli Corporate Park
Hindustan Construction Company has sold its entire 26% stake in Vikhroli Corporate Park which own the premium commercial building, 247 Corporate Park, located at Vikhroli (West), in Mumbai to Blackstone Purchase Entities on 28 May 2015. The deal is valued at over Rs 1000 crore, which includes assumed debt, resulting in a net cash flow of approximately Rs 200 crore to the Company. In FY 2010-11, the Company has raised approximately Rs 300 crore when it had sold its 74% stake to ILFS Milestone Fund.

Hindustan Construction Company announces sale of stake in Dhule Palesner Tollway
Hindustan Construction Company announced that HCC Concessions, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company is to sell its stake in Dhule Palesner Tollway to the Sadbhav Group, the Company`s JV partner in the project, for Rs 204 crore. HCC Concessions is also expected to realize an estimated amount of Rs 24 crore from the additional claims to be made to the NHAI, towards this project. The deal is subject to receipt of necessary clearances and is expected to close shortly.

Hindustan Construction Company has received a Letter of Award from Ministry of Road Transport & Highways for construction of four laning of Jamgurihat to end of Biswanath Chariali Bypass from Km 182 to km 208 of NH5 in the State of Assam under SARDP-NE Phase A on EPC basis.

The value of the contract is 329.13 crore.

Hindustan Construction Company secures arbitration award of Rs 217.18 crore
Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) has secured an arbitration award of Rs 217.18 crore for the extension of time (EOT) cost claim in Lucknow-Muzzaffarpur National Highway Project - Package IV. Of the total award, Rs 135.15 crore is the principal amount and Rs 82.03 crore is the interest component.

This is the sixth arbitration decision given in HCC`s favour, for claims from National Highway Authority (NHAI) in FY 2014-15. The total value of arbitration awards received from NHAI is Rs 441 crore. In the current financial year, the total arbitration awards received by HCC in its favour for various projects are Rs 733 crore.

Hindustan Construction Company announced that HCC Concessions, a Subsidiary Company has announced the sale of Nirmal BOT, its annuity project in Andhra Pradesh to Highway Concession One, an entity majorly held by IDFC Alternatives managed India Infrastructure Fund.

HCC Concessions shall receive total consideration of Rs. 64 crore for this transaction.

Further, Nirmal BOT has also received an arbitration award in its favour for Rs. 16.67 crore, which shall be payable to HCC, upon receipt.
