SRS opens new Retail Jewellery showroom in NCR On 31 March 2013 SRS has inaugurated its new retail jewellery showroom on 31 March 2013 located at Sector-18, Noida. This is the first jewellery retail outlet in Noida and sixth in Delhi - NCR. The new SRS Jewells store is spread across an area of 3500 square feet and showcases an exquisite range of neckwear, earrings, rings and bangles in a plethora of designs and varieties.

SRS` board approves to launch fixed deposit scheme On 28 February 2013 The board of SRS in its meeting on 28 February 2013 has decided to launch a fixed deposit (FD) scheme pursuant to the provisions of the Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules, 1975 under Section 58A of the Companies Act, 1956. The minimum investment amount has been fixed at Rs 20,000 with interest being compounded monthly and payable quarterly in non-cumulative scheme and payable on maturity in cumulative scheme. An additional amount in multiples of Rs 1000 is allowed. Under the scheme, the company is paying an annual interest of 12% for one year, 12.25% for a period of two years and 12.50% for a period of three years. As per the Companies (Acceptance of Deposit) Rules, 1975, the company can raise approx. Rs 186.87 crore including Rs 53.39 crore from the shareholders as per the audited balance sheet of the company as on 31 March 2012.

SRS to hold board meeting On 28 February 2013 The board meeting of SRS will be held on 28 February 2013 to consider the invitation & acceptance of public deposits pursuant to the provisions of Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules, 1975 framed under section 58A of the Companies Act, 1956.

SRS signs to set up 20 multiplex screens SRS has signed agreements to set up 20 cinema screens at six different locations. With addition of these 20 screens, the total no. of multiplex screens being operated by the company will increase to 53.

SRS recommends dividend Of Re 1 per share The board of SRS in its meeting on 30 May 2012 has recommended dividend at the rate of Re 1 per share.

SRS opens `SRS Value Bazaar` in Gurgaon (Haryana) On 18 March 2012 SRS has launched its retail outlet (SRS Value Bazaar) admeasuring approximately 4000 sq.ft. in Gurgaon (Haryana) on 18 March 2012. This new retail outlet offers fast moving consumer goods (food & non-food).

SRS opens SRS Value Bazaar in Sonipat On 25 February 2012 SRS has launched its retail outlet (SRS Value Bazaar) admeasuring approximately 6000 sq ft. in Sonipat (Haryana) on 25 February 2012 at Unique Shopping Mall, Murthal Road, Sonipat (Haryana). The new outlet named as `Bhuvan SRS Value Bazaar` is under franchise agreement.

SRS opens `SRS Cinemas` at Ludhiana On 26 January 2012 SRS has opened its new cinemas (SRS Cinemas) at Omaxe Mall, Ludhiana on 26 January 2012 with 3 Screens having a seating capacity of 1013 seats. With the opening of the new cinemas, the company has now 12 cinemas, 33 screens and 8,621 seats at 7 locations.

SRS to hold board meeting On 09 January 2012 The board meeting of SRS will be held on 09 January 2012 to make an assessment and revise (if required), the utilization of IPO proceeds as mentioned under section `objects of the issue` of the prospectus dated 04 September 2011.

SRS inaugurates new jewellery showroom in NCR SRS has inaugurated its new Retail Jewellery showroom in Delhi (NCR) at Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh) on 15 October 2011. This is the fourth Retail Jewellery showroom in Delhi (NCR).
