The board of Ramsons Projects in its meeting on 02 August 2011 has
appointed Sunil Sachdeva who presently holds the positions of director and
chairman as managing director of the company for a period of 5 years with
effect from 01 August 2011.
The board has appointed Sunil Batta as additional director (independent) of
the company.
Further, the board has accepted the resignation of Neeraj Sehgal, director
of the company and Ram Lal Sachdeva from the position of managing director,
with effect from 01 August 2011. |
