EZ-Comm Trade Technologies` shareholders approves scheme of arrangement On 09 September 2011 The shareholders of EZ-Comm Trade Technologies in its meeting on 09 September 2011 have approved the scheme of arrangement regarding reduction of capital of the company and amalgamation of Ez-comm Wireless India and Centerac India with Ez-comm Trade Technologies.

EZ-Comm Trade Technologies` board approves scheme of arrangement On 06 December 2010 The board of EZ-Comm Trade Technologies in its meeting on 06 December 2010 has approved the scheme envisaging reduction of capital of EZ-Comm Trade Technologies from nominal value of Rs 10 per equity share to Re 1 per equity share on account of accumulated losses not represented by any assets. The board has approved the amalgamation of Ez-Comm Wireless India Pvt Ltd (wholly-owned subsidiary) into EZ-Comm Trade Technologies (holding company). The shares held by the holding company in the wholly-owned subsidiary get cancelled on amalgamation. The board has approved the amalgamation of Centerac India Pvt Ltd(group company) into EZ-Comm Trade Technologies. The merger will be in the ratio of issue of 2375 fully paid equity shares of Re 1 each to be issued and allotted by EZ-Comm Trade Technologies for every 100 shares of Rs 10 each held in Centerac India Pvt Ltd.
