Dhanuka Agritech has signed an agreement with Bayer AG, Germany for the acquisition of the crop protection active ingredients named �Iprovalicarb� and �Triadimenol� along with the trademark Melody for Iprovalicarb. This Agreement signed by Dhanuka is subject to completion of certain closing actions.
