Brigade Enterprises signs MoU with Technopark,
Brigade Enterprises has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Technopark to develop a World Trade Center (WTC) and supporting infrastructure, including a business hotel at Thiruvananthapuram. Aimed at developing around 1.5 million sq.ft of infrastructure, spread across a cluster of towers, the WTC is poised to bring in IT MNCs and provide `Grade A` IT office space to the workforce in the park. The development is expected to generate employment opportunities, both direct and indirect, for over 10,000 people. Brigade Enterprises already signed and initiated the expansion of WTC in Kochi Infopark with its 3rd Tower, taking its IT infrastructure to over a million sqft. Brigade Enterprises has announced the launch of Brigade Gateway at Neopolis, Kokapet, Hyderabad, approximately a 10-acre mixed use development. Brigade Gateway will be Hyderabad`s most integrated lifestyle mixed-use development and includes a World Trade Center, Brigade Residences, a 300+ keys Intercontinental Hotel and a destination lifestyle mall, Brigade`s Orion Mall. The Brigade Gateway Residences will be one of the tallest buildings in Hyderabad featuring around 600 premium residences in 3, 4 and duplex 5-bedroom formats across 58 floors and will have a sales potential of Rs 3,300 crores. Brigade Group has announced the launch of Brigade Citrine, a residential project that sets new benchmarks in sustainable living.
