Once you have subscribed for ProTerminal, you can access it by logging into mPowered & by clicking on ProTerminal in the menu. 

You'll be able to view your watchlist in ProTerminal but Portfolio won't be visible in ProTerminal. We'll enable the portfolio holdings in ProTerminal soon.

You can subscriber for it by visiting the product page or you may contact our nearest HDFC securities branch.

Yes. You can access both mPowered and mobile app.

The amount of subscription will be debited within 2 business working days. 

No. You cannot cancel the subscription once you have opted for the said facility.

Subscription fee is not refundable.

It is available on subscription based model, wherein a nominal fee is charged to the trading account holder and the validity will vary on the basis of the subscription opted by the account holder.

No. Currently, the recommendation/news provided on the ProTerminal are collated from various reliable sources and agency. They are not in-house recommendation/news.

Following products will be available - Cash, Intraday, E-margin, Cover, Shares as Collateral, Encash, GTDt and Margin (for Derivatives segment) will be available. Smart Order Routing (SOR) won't be availble in ProTerminal. 

One can trade on BSE Equity, NSE Equity and NSE F&O segment from this platform. 

This service is not available for Non HDFC Bank linked trading accounts.

Order Slicing is a method, which will divide your Bulk Order into multiple Orders

Currently Order Slicing is enabled for CASH and F&O Segment

Yes, you can modify each single sliced/divided Order up to single order maximum quantity if sufficient margin is available.

Yes, you can cancel each single sliced Order independently using Cancel Order button or Cancel All Orders - anytime during the day if it is in pending state from order book.

The Brokerage is charged on every child order

No, There are no additional charges to use the same
