I agree to submit my Aadhaar number and voluntarily provide my consent as under:

I understand that my information submitted to HDFC securities Ltd here within shall not be used for any purpose other than mentioned above, or as requirements of law.

1. I hereby authorize HDFC securities Limited (HSL) to use my Aadhaar Number and fetch data from UIDAI for verification. Further on, my Aadhaar Number is to be updated for all my Investment / Trading / Demat account with HSL.

2. I authorize HSL to link my Aadhaar number to my Trading / Demat Account, Biometric and/or One Time Pin (OTP) data (and/or any similar authentication mechanism) for Aadhaar based authentication for availing HSL services.

3. I understand that HSL shall ensure security and confidentiality of my personal identity data provided for the purpose of Aadhaar based authentication and defrayal, if any.

4. I understand that HSL will use Demographic Authentication service provided by UIDAI in authenticating the customer where HSL doesn't take physical copy of the Aadhaar letter.

5. I hereby give my consent to HSL for sharing my Aadhaar number mapped to my accounts with government agencies/ Stock Exchanges/ Depositories/ Clearing Corporation/ Registrars & Transfer Agents after authentication.
