Job Description
1.Monitor & Maintain Virtual Channel Unit Profitably
2.Hiring and retaining qualified resources in channel, especially those in remote locations
3.Activation/Managing of the customer in the Channel.
4.Coordinating with research team for advice/review of portfolio for top customers on regular basis, if required.
5.Relationship Management with existing customers,cluster heads and other local bank channel fo customer reference
6.Maintain records of all mapped customers portfolio,channel visits,customer visits
7.Manage a team of Sales Officers by grooming employees to take up larger role
8.Ensuring all systems are working fine and as per compliance (CLIP/ VRS/ Jamoon),Conduct random VRS checks
Basic Criterias
1. Good communication skills in English
2. Good Sales Skills
3. Candidates looking forward to make their career in Capital Market.
4. Candidates from Central line will be preferred.
