To check your KYC status, follow these steps:

1. Click Here : Know Your KYC status at KRA

2. Enter PAN, type in the CAPTCHA, and click Submit to fetch the status

To identify the KYC Registration Agency (KRA) with which your KYC is registered, check the KRA and KYC Status column

 

 

(1)  If the Status is KYC “Validated/Registered”

Relax – No action required from your end! You can continue trading from your account. Here is how a KYC-validated status will be displayed on the CVL KRA website.

(2)    If the Status is KYC on “Under Process”

The Under Process status shows up if the KYC is recently updated and is being processed at the KRA agency. It may take a few days for the KYC status to be updated. The following is how an Under Process KYC status will appear on the CVL KRA website:

 

(3)  If the Status is KYC On “Hold / Rejected”

These statuses appear if the did not update the information is not correctly updated by previous financial intermediary or they failed to provide the necessary documents. The required documents will be sent to the KRA agency to rectify the KYC status. If additional documents are needed, an email with the details will be sent. Updating the KYC status may take a few days. Here is how an On Hold or Rejected KYC status will be displayed on the CVL KRA website.

 

If KRA Status is On Hold, which means that mobile number and email ID are not validated, follow below mentioned instructions to verify your mobile number and email ID with OTP authentication to validate: these are 5 KRA agency links that you can use to validate your details. NOTE: If your account has been inactive for a year, the KYC details will have to be updated again from scratch
