Welspun Corp Limited has announced a Cash Offer to Buyback up to 28,888,888 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each, representing approximately 10.89% of the total number of issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company, from all the equity shareholders/ beneficial owners of the Company as on the Record Date i.e. July 5, 2019, on a proportionate basis, through the “Tender Offer” route at a price of Rs. 135/- (Rupees One Hundred Thirty Five Only) per equity share for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 390,00,00,000 (Rupees Three Hundred and Ninety Crore Only), from October 22, 2019 to November 05, 2019.
